If the cancellation request is received before the food preparation has started, a full refund will be issued.

If the cancellation request is received after the food preparation has started, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion, depending on the stage of preparation.


c. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Reservation Refunds/Cancellations:

b. Refunds: For canceled reservations, any prepayments made may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:


If the cancellation request is received within the specified cancellation period (which will be communicated during the reservation process), a full refund of any prepayments will be provided.

If the cancellation request is received outside the specified cancellation period or if you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice, any prepayments may be non-refundable.
